Network Intrinsics is proposing to provide complete network outsourcing. By this we mean that Network Intrinsics will supply the following, through the means of sub-leasing:
(Note: It will be the customers responsibility to purchase all software and software related maintenance. Network Intrinsics will be in a position to assist in this matter only.) In addition to the base services shown above, we will offer the following services on a pre-determined cost basis:
- All PC's will be provided and will be replaced to keep up with the latest technology every 3 years.
- All network interface equipment, including hubs and routers.
- Complete network connectivity
- All necessary PC servers.
- Operating Systems maintenance.
- User maintenance.
- Data security.
- Complete connectivity management including bandwidth management, resource utilization and reporting.
- Free Internet connectivity and Internet usage management.
- Free E-mail and E-mail management.
- General software maintenance - patches and fixes for widely used software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
Return on Investment For most customers, the base service will pay for itself because of the following reasons:
- Database server(s) and database management
- Cabling services
- Relocation services
- Software development
- Telecommunications consulting
- General consulting services
- Software evaluation and testing
- UNIX based server(s) and storage
- Web hosting
- General Internet Service Provider(ISP) services
- Reduced IT staff.

- Increased floor space availability. (no need for computer rooms, etc.)

As noted on the included typical IT structure diagram, the average yearly cost in terms of salaries alone is close to $500,000. This does not include the cost of any communication lines, PCs and PC maintenance, servers, routers, hubs and floor space.
For just slightly more the same company of 100 seats would pay Network Intrinsics. This would include all the communication lines, PCs and PC maintenance, servers, routers, hubs, reduction in floor space and most importantly, the same or better level of service.
Network Intrinsics knows of no other company offering this complete service. Although there are companies that offer pieces, no one single company has packaged these services together and offered them at a single per user cost.
